Do I have to change my accounting software or my CRM?
No. The automation connects to what you already use (Siigo, Alegra, Excel, your email, HubSpot or others). Your team keeps working the same way; the repetitive part is done on its own.
Is my data safe?
Access is limited to what each process needs, with credentials that stay in your name. When the data is sensitive, everything can run on a server of yours. I sign a confidentiality agreement if you need it.
What happens if something fails?
Every flow has alerts: if something breaks, a specific person is notified and the case goes to human review instead of getting lost. After delivery I stay available to fix it.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes, which is why it is designed with limits: what it is not sure about, or what touches money or sensitive customers, goes to a person to approve. You decide what is approved automatically.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process, so after the first call you get a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. The calculator above shows how much the time you would recover is worth.
How long does it take?
The first automation is usually working in 1 to 3 weeks, and you see progress every 2 days.
Do I need to know about technology or have an IT team?
